Hi everyone,
We are aware of an issue with our Rho server. This is being caused by the MySQL server being down and issues with it not restarting.
We have tried all traditional and other methods to get this restarted and even hired external server administrators to help and it could be an issue with the server disks.
At this time, there are no issues with any data and we are working with the data centre regarding this.
We have another server ready to go and if we cannot get it resolved we hope start moving accounts to this server.
We apologise for the issues, however, none of this has been caused by us and at this time, we are busy trying to fix everything and will be unable to respond to related support tickets.
